Just like there's no need to stay on 9.5 now that we have access to the most recent firmware version. I don't exactly see the paranoia, as most of what is going on are just kids trying to get in your head.
I'm one of the people that's going to stay on emunand 9.5 for now. The reason being, and I don't want to worry or make people paranoid is that I'm just thinking why they'd want to forcibly make everyone update to the latest firmware to use their online services. Unless they're trying to be a pain I can only imagine they have a more intricate plan for us emunand users.
In my speculation they may have something planned to be able to identify emunand and yeah even if we have nand backups, maybe they'll be able to track us even if we try to downgrade. but keep in mind I could be completely wrong.
I'm going to stick it out in 9.5 for a while until it's confirmed that no further "harm" could befall our precious emunands or sysnands.

I updated my emuNAND to 10.5 to play some MK7 online, but now the game doesn't show up at all and when I try to run title manager it loads but within a second crashes saying "an error has occurred, please restart system".
So I downgraded my emuNAND back to 9.2 and now title manager crashes always, regardless. How can I fix this crashing? Or at least install a CIA to emuNAND so I can play online?

Try to play online with gateway, i got the 002-0123 error " this game card cannot use online service", now i got this one, how to update my emunand? i guess not as simple as just go to system update and update it?
You need a private header and apply it to each of your roms with this Gateway ROM Patcher v1.2 emphasis on the word private.
So i need to buy a original game so i can ripped it off? this header is like for one use only ? can i buy old games ( for cheap) with online services and then rip it off, what if the previous owner already "used" the private header of that game card? , and do i need a US game? or JP, aus,.. work just fine since i only need there private header ?Tks for your reply btw

You need to get a regular 3DS game and extract the header, yes. I believe you can use 1 header for multiple games, and if the owner used it beforehand (in his own ROMs) then you will get banned. IIRC headers are regionfree. Oh, and you could install a CFW and just convert them to CIAs. You can use non-online games too for headers.
i heard using non-online games would make your games still cannot go online ( as some people said in other topic), the CIA methods i already do alot of resreach about it, using CIA converter, decrypt9,but i dont know if i can do it with gateway only because all the guide require rxtools, besides i have to buy a new SD card as well since these CIA files can only be install and stored in SD card, so i think i just buy an original game to ripped it header off and kept things as the same way as now.
