Homebrew [PSA] eShop spoof likely to be patched on November 1st

I don't use an overclock i'm using a New 3DS on 9.0.0-20U HANS and freemultipatcher will get me on the eShop but I cannot download anything.

Spoofing works but you can't download anything.

I didnt need anything from the eShop. I just went on to see if the spoofing worked and left, I didnt actually try downloading anything.

I wanted to know if you can access the eShop within a 3DS game, like to buy DLC for Super Smash Bros 3DS for example, I'm assuming thats still blocked but just asking to be safe and to see if anyone succeeded.

I downloaded Youtube just fine from the Japanese eShop on 10.1 (N3DS)

o3ds 10.1 ironhax menuhax eshop spoofing is working fine and i can download whatever i want i just downloaded 3 demos and a game update.

From what i've read so far this is only effecting New 3DS users did nintendo secretly change a title on New 3DS pre 9.5 or does this new server check for a title that only exists on 10.0 and up??

Correction this affects any 3DS below 10.1

No, old 3DS 9.9 here and I can't download anything. I was just going to buy Shovel Knight tomorrow! D:

I'm on 9.9 O3DS and I can't download anything, so it didn't only affect N3DS users.

Still working fine for me on my Orig 10.1 euro 3ds I have been downloading stuff all night.

I can pretty much confirm it works on 10.1 and not on 9.9

I have 2 O3DS's.

One is on 9.5.0-22, and the other is on 10.1.0-27.

I can confirm that both can access the eShop, but only 10.1 can download.

Seems the Big N figured something out.

All i want is to redownload games i legit bought idc about the whole argument over piracy. Why should homebrew developers against piracy let that stop releasing something that opens up the 3ds to hacking without choosing one way or the either in terms of updating vs hacking? Smea did a great step by making an eshop spoofer but without full NAND emulation every time the eShop has maintenance the userland spoof hack will be patched and users will lose access to games on the eShop. This isn't about piracy vs antipiracy it's about users regaining access on lower firmware without sacrificing entrypoints or homebrew.

Japanese n3DS on 10.1 is working fine for both accessing and downloading for me. I'll check my US 9.2 2DS 9.9 O3DS and 10.1 n3DSXL when I get home.
