Actually, I just tried on my O3DS (10.1), and it works just fine. The 007-2001 err code still shows up on my N3DS (9.9) though.

And I just tried to download something (the Pokémon Shuffle update) and it works fine... Weird.

Well for you it shows up when you try to download for thing, for me I can't even open access the eshop home page

I'm downloading the Chibi Robo demo on my EU 10.1 Old and New 3DS. On N3DS it only works if overclocking is disabled.

Yes, Smea posts about it on its Twitter when an update comes out. It is only available on the starter kit though, so you must redownload it every time to be up to date though.

Yes, there were three updates: one that fixed an over clocking issue on N3DS, another to fix certain titles not working under HANS and another that allowed for a System Transfer without needing to update.

Well, since everyone seems to be getting different results. I'm going to be as precise as I can on my configuration:

O3DS, 10.1.0-27, Ironhax, HANS latest version, works. Can download, and open app details.
N3DS, 9.9.0-26, MenuHax 2.0 / IronHax, HANS latest version, doesn't work. "Error code: 007-2001. An error has occured. Retry later" message shows up after a few seconds of loading. Can't even see the main page, doesn't connect to my NNID.
