Homebrew [PSA] eShop spoof likely to be patched on November 1st

I tried using HANS to inject the 10.2 eShop's code.bin over the 9.0 eShop's, and it just hangs on the invalidated icache screen, so I guess we won't be able to use HANS to get around it with an "updated" eShop right now.

There's one more thing I haven't tried (the eShop CIA has two "contents" in it, it's possible I could've used the wrong one).

Edit: Nevermind, the second content partition has no exefs, so that won't work.

I downloaded the eShop CIA from NUS, decrypted it with Decrypt9, then used ctrtool to extract the exefs into code.bin, banner.bin, etc. I couldn't get braindump to dump it when I had it installed on my emunand.

The only other thing I can think of trying is spoofing the firmware requirement in the CIA, but that won't help people above 9.2.

First I noticed Pokebank detected my console needing a firmware update. After that I tried running eShop via both eShop (HBL) and HANS. Both open the eShop. Seemingly faster via HANS. But, I can't do much else then browse. If I try clicking on anything it gives me 007-2404 error.

Maintenance is still going on. It ends at 7 PM PT. At least that's what Nintendo North American site says. So I think it's normal some people can't download right now. That those reporting download work are over FW version 10 it's merely a coincidence.

No luck using a 10.2 firmware-spoofed to 9.5 eShop CIA either (it just hangs forever trying to load it). Maybe I did it wrong.

Anywhat. Both of my 3DS (10.2 and 9.9) are struggling when entering the eShop. I guess they erased the eShop for those outside USA (in America).

So this is kind of off topic but something very odd happened, now i'm a pirate at heart so I don't spend a dime on most games but for some reason when the maintenance was over I now have a balance of $10.62 on the eShop so what gives? Funny part is I cant even spend it since the eShop does not work
