Hacking PS4 trophies and updating to 5.56

Hi everyone. I was thinking to update my Ps4 Pro to the latest update for the new spider-man game
but Im worried about getting banned because of syncing trophies from pkg games.
Should I be concerned?

With any modded console it's a risk and a big unknown as to what Sony or anyone can see.
