Blocker is to block system updates. Only needs to be run once to block updates.

Game updates are different to system updates.

You can install fake signed updates to fake pkg games. (must match CUSA is of your game)

You can install legit updates to your legit disc or PSN game (again must match cusa id)

Cant install legit updates to fake signed games.

If you have had ever had HEN before and have run an Update Blocker payload before: you must FTP into your PS4 (port 1337) and delete the PS4UPDATE.PUP.temp.net and the PS4UPDATE.PUP folders in the /update folder. Use any FTP payload and use filezilla on PC. Once these are gone you will be able to update through USB (BE CAREFUL NOT TO UPDATE VIA WIFI)

Sounds like you need to sort out your usb drive. You said its not reading. Try a different device? These days you can use most phones as removable media through their cables to usb.

Sounds to me like your USB HDD is not up to scratch, either too slow or a sketchy brand maybe?

hard drive i bought last year 3.0 usb i bought yesterday its kingston 3.0

And ps4 doesnt recognise it at all?

Try use some exfat formatting tool to delete the entire volume and make a new simple volume as exfat.

You dont need to do anything, its not blocked.

Then maybe your USB sockets are fried somehow. You need to trouble shoot that. Try another drive, try clean em out, try resolve your hardware: the error code says the hdd is the issue.
