I'm using a PS3 that seems to be broken because when I want to install a pkg file I get double pkg files. I know the usb is not corrupted because I watched a movie off of it and also copied San Andreas off of it. Anyway to fix this(Rebug 4.80)

Why not use FTP?
Saves you time to copy it to a USB drive.

Package files go into a folder called packages on dev_hdd0.
Updating the console still needs to go via USB tho.

It 'almost' always did the same to me with CFW. (Double files listing on PS3) You should not worry about this.

Just with on a early CFW it was not doing it.

problem is that it actually is faster for me to copy it to a usb than to use ftp. I can copy to a drive with 30 MB/s but with ftp I can only do 500 KB/s and even if I need to split them with Comgenie's Awesome File Splitter it is still faster to use an usb
