Scam or not? It seems suspicious. The person has no feedback. And says they live in Hong Kong but the postage is USPS.

If you can't detect such an obvious scam as that, you need to lurk eBay more.
    1. It's 'brand new'
    2. Seller is from Hong Kong
    3. It's really cheap.
    4. No feedback.

25-40 days for shipping. Sounds like a scam to me. Probably by then you'll have a hard time opening a claim and getting your money back.

It's a scam. Pro tip : If something seems too good to be true then it's usually a honey pot scam. It's how con artists work. They show you something you want more than anything else at a price that's too good to believe, and your curiosity, greed and want gets the better of you. And then so do they. [IMG]

If it's too good to be true, it almost always is.

That said, I did buy a broken PS3 off eBay for $50 a while ago. Turns out all it needed was a little bit of cleaning inside, and now it works.
