Hacking PS3 Phat on OFW 4.87 - To which OFW should I revert?

I updated my ps3 to OFW 4.76 by mistake. To which FW should I revert to be able to play all PS3 games and have stable CFW? Is there a guide for downgrading? Thank you!!

You don't need to downgrade, latest firmware supports the exploit using HFW.

you don't need to downgrade, but if you ever want to downgrade ofw (below 3.55 only usually requires the recovery menu, I don't know if update debug works with that). anyway, don't downgrade to anything less than 2.50 (if your system can). below that, there's no recovery menu in case something disastrous happens.
