Ps3 nec tokin issue

Hello, I've been having a problem with my ps3 phat 80 gb since last october. I have the self-shutdown with blinking red light and after a lot of researches i figured out the problem through ps3 advanced tools error log.

These are some of the latest errors and seem to be related to failing RSX nec tokins (temps are fine, near 60 degrees both with 33% fan speed). Now, what it's puzzling me is that the tokins fails only if i use a way to modify the fan speed (webman, fan control, through evilnat 4.90 options). If I play in syscon mode everything is fine and the ps3 doesn't shut off, the only downside is that 24% fan speed that leads to 75-76 cpu and almost 80 rsx. How is it possible that these capacitors are failing but only if using control fan utilities? Hypothesis and ideas are good too, just please don't leave this help request unanswered.

I'm sorry you haven't had anyone talk in this thread yet, but the PS3 scene here is very small. I recommend putting your issue on PSX Place, they'll likely be able to help you. Only thing I can think of is, somehow, boosting the fan speed is drawing too much power and causing a shutdown.
