Hacking PS3-medal of honor and gta iv help

SO i have GTA IV and medal of honor limited edition on my external hard drive, i sue a back up manager to play them, but when i try to start GTA it says Output resolution not compatible? How do i change my output resolution? I only have an hdtv of 720p not 1080p so can i not play this game? And for medal of honor it freezes in game play etc.. are there any better back up players or fixes?

im also having a hard time getting moh le to run, it tries to install it everytime and gets stuck at 0% and i have to unplug the ps3
