Hacking PS3 crashes when I connect my Vita

For the past few days, I have attempted to connect my Vita to my PS3. This causes the PS3 to 'softlock', IE no picture or sound, but the light is still green.
Here are the ways I have made it crash:

• Telling Vita's Content Manager to connect to PS3 over Wifi.
• Telling Vita's Content Manager to connect to PS3 over USB.
• Having the Vita Plugged into the USB and turning the Vita on.
• Using USB Mode in Adrenaline.
• Telling Stock VitaTV's Content Manager to connect to PS3 over Wifi.

I can, oddly, remote play using my Vita without issues...

PS3: Rebug REX 4.84.2 | Vita: 3.60 Henkaku Enso | VitaTv: Stock 3.69

Any ideas? Have I missed a Setting? Am I alone in this Issue?

As a side note: I have also tried Overflow and Ferrox with the same result.
