Hacking PS3 cfw update help

Hey there my friends

I have a problem here related to updating my PS3 cfw.

I recently discovered we can emulate PS2 games and I really wanna replay xenosaga but my PS2 broke. I know we need to update to rebug cfw and go from there. But I have no idea what cfw is installed now :/

The only thing it says on system setting is 4.65. and on multiman it says 0.00.

Can I just install it normally ? Or will it brick the PS3?
