Hardware PS3 banned or temporarily suspended? any fix or help.

so i got my hands on cousins PS3 who they dont use it anymore for various reasons.

the reason i got the PS3 was because so i can download stuff to my Vita... nothing more.


but when i tried to with login with my psn account it said this PS3 banned or temporarily suspended?


any fix around this.

If you have it in a hackable firmware, you could change psid and get a new account, if not call sony.
