Hacking PS VITA TV DS4 random "drifting" issue / input delay/ random unresponsiveness?

What could be causing my DS4 on VITA tV to be "drifting" issue / input delay/ random unresponsiveness?

I've only gotten this issue while playing retro-arch, FBA, but sometimes even on the vita menu while trying to select a diffrent bubble.

By turning the controller on and off the issue seems to go away ( sometimes). It's not so often this happens.

Could it be a plug in?

I currently have kuiou.skprx, LOLcon.skprx but that's it.

Any hints or ideas are appreciated.
