Hi,

This post is aimed to get information on the following topics regarding PS Vita. I have not found any updates about them so I hope I can get answers here:

Nintendo Leaks

1. Has the source code of Star Fox 2 been used to create a port for the console ?

2. Will the Game Boy emulator for Vita be improved with the information of the GBA BIOS that was leaked ? (Improved Golden Sun performance ? )

4. Nintendo DS emulator status ? Could the information released about the Ensata emulator help in the development of the emulator ?

Other

5. Since GTA 3 has been reversed engineered, will there be a port made for the Vita ? (Forum Post link: https://gbatemp.net/threads/re3-nx-reverse-engineered-gta-3-for-nintendo-switch.574308/ )

6. Also form what I have read online, RenderWare (engine used in many PS2 games) has been reversed engineered (or, at least, is almost done), could it mean that many PS2 games could be reversed engineered and, potentially, there could be ports made for the vita ? (GitHub link: https://github.com/aap/librw )

3. Dreamcast emulator status ?

1. Not that I know of.
2. mGBA is quite good, BIOS won't change as multiple GBA emulators run really well.
4. DeSMuMe or w/e the name is a experimental one, doubt it'll be any better since development kinda stalled on it.
5. librw is being written, a possible clue to GTA 3 on Vita.
6. Rinne was working on librw iirc, see 5.
3. I'm wondering that meself haha, last thing I heard is that Rin stopped working on it.

Open source homebrew devs aren't going to be using leaked source code very much. Don't expect any gigaleak stuff to turn into development anywhere.

gPSP on Retroarch has already been updated a while ago with a working dynarec that runs fullspeed in all compatible games, including golden sun. I have noticed an occasional minor visual glitch in that game but zero performance issues.

Incidentally you do need an official GBA bios to run gPSP, but it uses the compiled one we've always had, nothing from that leaked source.
