The member "BoneMonkey" is an artificial construct led by a shadow governing body of other forum members, rotating in the role of "BoneMonkey". It's all a conspiracy. Each of them has the login and password, and every morning, a random function is used to determine who will act as BoneMonkey that day. The member then logs in as BoneMonkey, and performs the difficult task of being as random as possible.
