rofl, just like Sony said the PS3 will last 10 years, odds are by then Nintendo will have the jump on them both if they are that foolish. PC technology is already starting to make them look dated and before long you will be able to buy a PC with twice the power of the 360 for the same price.
i'd rather play video games on my tv though, on my pc i never want to, just so damn distracting with everything else...
anywasy, i figured i'd wait till the next generation to buy a new console, but looking at this... i might buy a 360!!
I doubt gamers would still be playing something old as 10 year olds.
Give the future technology and competition with the PS3.
Nintendo is not there yet, but they have their own way of selling units.
Natal emo boy is a really "gay" thing, I doubt a 19-29 year old male gamer will
interact with a 11 year old boy about their daily lives.
Either they have to be extremely homosexual, or have nothing else to do.
keeping it social is intersting but not tht much and more action packed games are needed for the xbox
I actually find playing on consoles more distracting (for my environment), and atm im playing FF12 on my pc (emu) rather than PS2 lol.. weird i know
People still buy ps2's and play it, PS3 I do believe can last 10 years easy, as for the wii well we shall see, if the games start getting better maybe. The Ps3 still has loads of hardware potential because of the blu ray drive. Its the xbox 360 that needs to be worrying, games are starting to not fit on the dual layer dvd's they are stuck with.
agreed... Natal & the PS3 "wand with eyetoy" just wont cut it.
For a console to work 100% with "gimmicks" they NEED to have it from the very start.
paying for an acessory and then praying the developers use it, will NOT work.
Just look at the Wii... you buy the console you have "basically" the whole package. ("casuals" preffer it this way, they dont need to spend money on this AND on that).
M$ and Sony just want a slice of the pie that Nintendo is having because of the "casual" players.
