What Programming language would i need to learn and use to make this idea?:

A window appears and it have 5 color circles (Green, Red, yellow, Blue, Orange)
each circle has a button which is related to the keyboard to it so like press "G"
and the Green circle lights up, press "O" the orange circle lights up etc....


Don't ask why, i just need this answered.

Don't know if it counts.. but that can be easily made using Flash..

old VB would be the easiest really

just a keyboard input IF statements, or 1 big CASE statement

Game Maker (free program) can do this EASILY, as in using drag and drop icons, no coding required.

Flash would defiantly be the easiest. If you want to use a more major language I would suggest C# since it is the easiest to create a gui. Of course if you plan on programming for a profession do not start with C# or java.
