Ok so after i plugged in my hdd (where the fsd is and my games are) to my pc and opened horizon to transfer a DLC, this thing happened.
On fsd, i can see my profile with my name and the gamerscore. looks normal. But when i play a game, and look at the xbox guide, the profile is still the same name BUT with 0 score and no data in it. No picture, etc.!!

So i removed the dlc i put on the hdd (which btw didnt even work!) and its still the same!

The other profile (which is my sister's) works perfectly fine.
I feel like my profile is only recognized by FSD and not by the xbox itself. It shows on the original xbox dash but with no data at all. like 0 points.
Oh and also, i noticed that my profile is stored on the hdd and not in the system unit. My sister's profile is on the system unit. I moved my profile now to the system unit.. But still the same.
This is just weird. I'd actually want it to be completely corrupted so it wouldnt be weird. But this just annoys me.

Hmm, you used a external HDD or internal?
Cuz.. It might be that you were signed in when you unplugged it...

You could make a new profile and manually unlock the achievements etc with a profile editor.
I'd think your original profile is a lost cause.

Also, to transfer DLCs, use 360 content manager.

    Yes external hdd.
Nah i only unplug the hdd when the xbox is turned off.
So can i get back the achievements? Its ok if theyre not exactly the achievements i had but i just wanna see the number of my gamerscore which was already 4k+

I did make a new profile. Im ok with that but the saves from my profile is missing. How can i transfer all those?

By the way, how about clearing cache? Would that help?

You can resign the saves to your new profile.
Achievements, you'll just have to manually unlock them.

Also, I'd advice you to store everything internally (seeing you got the option to upgrade the HDD to 2TB)
But it's your own choice ofcourse.
It does reduce the chance of corruptions.

How do you resign the saves from the old profile to my new one? Ive already backed up my saves to a flash drive just in case.

You can use Horizon to do it.
Just swap the assigned profile for your new one.
You'll have to figure that out yourself, I hardly use Horizon so I can't really help you with it ;p
    It should be straight forward.

Ive thought of using horizon too.. But whats the point? Cause horizon just transfers files to another drive. And i can easily do tha ton the xbox. Why cant i just sign in to the new profile, choose the storage device where the game saves are, and that it? I didnt expect that the game saves are dependent to a profile.

The point is you wouldn't be able to use saves from one profile to another as the profile ID would be different, using Horizon you can actually change the profile ID to match the new one with the old profile saves.

Also Horizon does way more than just simple file transfers ^_^

I actually thought Horizon is just for file transfer but with the feature of automatically assigning it to the right folder.
Anyway, im trying to figure how I would do this. ive been thinking hard and i still cant figure it out.
I thought of just signing in to my new profile, go to system settings>storage, plug in the USB with my backup saves, then copy the files from the usb to the internal drive. BUT i thought, wait, the original save games are already in the internal drive (but assigned to the corrupt profile), so it will just overwrite it.

Im trying Horizon and.. i cant figure it out either. i plug in my backup usb, there i see my game saves... now what? the new gamer profile is in the internal drive so...

Give me a minute to get a screen shot and explain it for you ^_^

Basically take all the game saves that you want to change and move them to your PC
    [IMG]
If your version is the same as mine go to Profile Mods, then use the Profile Data Editor, it's really that easy ^_^

Hmm still kinda confused. Ok so first i need the gamer profile to be copied to my backup usb right?? Then open it on profile data editor then will there be an option to incorporate the game saves on that profile?

ALso, will i get banned for this? Since its modding? I dont go to xbox live by the way. But my jtag is connected to the internet.

You're not touching your profile at all, move only the game saves or edit them directly from the storage device (I personally make back ups in case) What you are doing is simply changing the gamer profile. Example if the original saves are under the gamer profile GBAT1 remove GBAT1 and enter in the new gamer profile just as it is written or it will fail to recognize it. As for it being ok to log into live . . . . . . I've had to mod game saves and I can still go on live ^_^

Thanks. But i have no .sav file at all. But I did move the corrupt profile and the new profile to my backup usb. Opened horizon. And its there:

Im thinking of editing the profile id but it cant be edited. Now what? The tutorial isnt really clear for me sorry.

    EDIT:

Woah ok i figured it out myself.

When you open a save game, it will show what profile its connected to. I edited the profile id to the ne wprofile id and boom! its assigned to the new profile now!
Just hoping this works when i plug it in my Xbox :(

Ok false alarm. Didnt work. :(

I checked black ops 2 and it says unable to load game save. Might be missing etc. etc.

I was thinking maybe because the profile is saved on the usb thumbdrive so i moved it to the internal drive and also moved the game save to the memory unit too.

I checked the storage on the xbox dashboard, it looks fine. I see the save data with the name of the new profile.

    But nope. Doesnt work :(
