People that got the game early either...

1 - Don't care about uploading it because they're not part of the piracy scene, if they even know about it.
2 - Know about it, but don't give a fuck and would rather PLAY the game.
3 - Know about it, but don't have the proper tools to dump games.
4 - Don't want to risk legal issues.

imo it's crying "FAKE FAKE FAKE". I highly doubt, that XPA releases the game in that way.
€dit: Just asked inf and guess what. It's not from XPA (what a "surprise"). Prolly some stupid fake (well, one could try it on Emulators).

Xpa releases are usually marked [NDS]Title[XPA], so i doubt it's real. Worth a shot though

Hm, people don't check NDS-Rom News site anymore, do they?

It used to be full of roms to download, but they went all legal and now just tell me when new roms are out on the internet.

Rename it to NDS. Sometimes when I download DS roms the file extension is nd5. I just rename it and it works fine.
