I was under the impression that the European one did include London Life, it just had to be unlocked by finishing the regular game like the Japanese version.

Man I've been looking forward to the London Life inclosure since people began muttering about it on the JPN release. Being a Brownie game, it's a must have for me.

At first Nintendo of Europe said London Life would be included in the EU version, but later denied it (apparently, rumours say it's because of localisation costs in other languages).
Which is why I pre-ordered my imported US copy, even though I live in the UK, no way i'm missing out on London Life.

I guess it is kind of funny that it's a game about London, made by Japanese people, that Brits aren't getting.

That's what I'm thinking.. Oh well, I guess I'll play the German one first and then the US one for London Life... OR, I'll take a look inside the ROMs and put the German files in the US one... < That's what I would say, if the EUR one wouldn't come out a freaking month later...

I (tried) to play the japanese version one year ago, the game looks very good and the FMVs are awesome, cant wait!

I'm wondering what to do. The UK version doesn't release until a month after the US one. Usually in situations like this I'd just download the US version, but with Layton...

Well, I hate the US voice acting. Mariah Darling is a better Luke, Jonathan Keeble is a better Descole, and so on and so forth. But it's really the US Luke who I hate. With a passion. His oh-so-fake 'cockney' accent grinds my gears like nothing else.

So ideally I'd play the UK version. But I'd have to wait a whole extra month. What do?
