Ok, I have two 3DS wrapped ready for Christmas. I have two 16 gig Class 10 Micro SD cards I have a DSTwo I have an Acerkard 2i Obviously I haven't opened any of it yet. Although I'm tempted to prep one (the one for my son) so he can start playing with it when he opens it up for Christmas. So I understand how all this works. Basically, here is the process I'm going to go through, please let me know if I'm missing something or... I want to get ahead of the game. Open Packages! Visit AcerKard website, download, format SD card, install firmware (I'm assuming AKAIO) Drop games into the appropriate folder on the SD Card. Don't update the Firmware on 3DS. Put in the Cart into the 3DS ALL DONE!? A couple questions: What is the latest version of the 3DS out there? I want to make sure my 3DS isn't like 10 versions behind. I guess I just need to know what version I should or shouldn't be at? I'm assuming that going to the AcerKard and DSTwo website and downloading the latest firmwares, ensures me that I have the latest and greatest from them. So it should be relatively straightforward. Does 3D roms that you can download playable? Just not in 3D? Like Super Mario Cart 7, etc.? Thanks for the help everyone!
