Ok maybe they are sorta serious, as I cannot get Configurable USB Loader to recognize my WBFS Partition. I have done everything in TJCool's guide to create partitions, and format one to WBFS.

The WBFS partition on my Maxtor: Personal Storage (Thats the model, and when I googled it, it said basics. I looked at the HDD compatability chart and saw that it works.) is recognized as Drive A:. ANd it says its in an unknown File System format, so i know its been succesfully formatted to WBFS.

After USBLoader doesn't recoginze it it takes me to a screen to ask if I want to format the drive to a WBFS format, and I say yes. Then it displays a screen that shows me the drives I can format, and A: is shown as WBFS. Thats double conformation that I did it right.

I have also got games on my drive.

Can anyone help me to get this drive recognized?

And get I am a newb to usb loaders.

Which cIOS do you have installed? cIOS 249 rev 14 improves HDD compatilibility with some drives while removing support for others. The best HDD compatibility can be achieved with cIOS 222 using Uloader or USB Loader GX. Try those loaders with 222 and see if your drive is recognized. If it is recognized then you've narrowed it down to the cIOS or loader issue. If it isn't, then it's most likely a harddrive issue.

Hey guys I got it to run.
I have just a tad of advice from experiance. Try to manipulate your WBFS partition to be number one on the read priority list. You can check this in Configuable USB loader, eg. when it asks to format a drive, Look at your WBFS Drive and make sure it #1.

Cheers

Why do you exclude Configurable from this list? Do you have an example where GX or uLoader is working and Configurable is not?

I don't mean to exclude Configurable loader from this list. I wasn't aware that hermes' cIOS support had been updated fully for revision 4 (ehcmodule, dip-plugin, mload). If it has been I apologize. I've only ever seen the ehcmodule mentioned in the changelog.

. Yeah, oggzee updated the dip plugin and so on back at the release of v4, and updates the ehcmodule soon after Hermes' updates it (and in the meantime it supports external ehcmodules). It also continues to support the older versions by checking the version number before choosing which module/plugin to load.
