I used the tutorial from wiiu.hacks.guide to run the homebrew and to run games from the hard drive in the future.
A friend has provided me with all Wii Games (PAL, EU).
All games are in the correct .wbfs format.

WiiFlow does not start correctly and takes a long time to start. (The default Directory is the sd card.)

USB Loader GX immediately shows the dump error code

Cfg Loader does not recognize anything.

The first thing I tried is to start the games via NTFS. Unfortunately no games were recognized.

Atm I divided the harddisk in two partitions: 2x 2tb FAT32 and 1x 2tb not formatted

My hard drive is: Toshiba Canvio 6TB External Desktop Hard Drive (https://www.amazon.de/dp/B01GEOZIP2)

Is my hdd not compatible?

Thanks for your support!

Wow! I'm from the Wii world where I'm using a 4TB drive with USB Loader GX. Amazed to learn that. Are you sure? I think the OP may only need to ensure the first partition is MBR (master boot record) rather than GPT and 2TB and that drive will work.

well i dont know if the wii will read after the 2tb mark, you may use a 4tb drive but all your data if its on the first 2tb should be readable, after those marks im not sure, i always saw people saying the wii read limit was 2tb but i never tested it myself.

Drives with sector size >512 bytes can support larger partitions on MBR but most drives still use 512 byte sector size (natively or simulated) for compatibility reasons and there is usually no way to change it. As you say you can use a larger drive but you can only use 2TB of it. The rest of the space can't even be formatted when you format it as MBR. Unless you are one of the lucky ones that have a drive with a >512 byte sector size.

WD disks are your best bet for 4k sectors.
There is an official WD utility to change sector size from the default 512b to the preferred 4k. All data will be lost, so be careful.

Thats not a problem! Thank you!
I tried to play some games but it doesn't work. Mkwii and some other games work. But like 90% does not work. Can sbdy tell me why? :(
Wiiflow freezes, USB loader GX brings me back to the HBC or Wii channel. Repatched everything but it still does not work.

I changed the game cIOS from 249 to 251 and all of them dont work.
