Homebrew Problems to use Ninjhax on N3DS 10.6

Guys, i am having some problems with Ninjhax and n3ds 10.6

I am using Sky3DS with a USA .3ds Cubic Ninja. I am pretty sure i am following all the steps (i am no stranger to homebrew and downgrades, etc) but i get the same error everytime. (An error has occurred and the console will shut down). I press A and it reboot.

I checked de QR Code, the boot.3dsx, the starter kit, and the same error occurs.

So what?

Sometimes it takes one try and sometimes 20. TRY AGAIN!

Or if you're really tired you can also reboot your 3ds and retry!!

Really? I never got so much errors before, i always enter in the first try...

Your 3ds may not be connected to the internet, or ninjhax could be set up for a different version.

It was Internet.

I didn't know that wifi matter for the first installation.

Well, i am on Homebrew Loader now! Thanks guys, sorry for the noobiness

i have the same problem but i clear the save from cubic ninja and now its worked
