Hi all, pretty new to this so please go easy on me [IMG] I have modded ps2's and 360's and want to have a dabble at the Wii.

I have used Bannerbomb to install HomeBrew and found Waninkoko's WAD Manager and Firmware downgrader, which I have researched I need to use to load the CIOS. When putting these on my SD card I cannot find them on HomeBrew, I am on version 4.1e so need to downgrade.

Any suggestions as to why I can't see them on HomeBrew?

    no need to downgrade.

on your Sd card you should have a folder called "apps" within that folder (for example) a folder called "wad manager" and within that the .dol file. rename the .dol file from wadmanager.dol to boot.dol.

do the above for all .dols within the folders and it should show up.

go to waninkoko's blog for the CIOS installers.

Brilliant - thanks for that, didn't notice the renaming bit anywhere other than when using BannerBomb.

We'll give it a try!! [IMG]
