Hacking Problem

Hiya

Im a total noob and I can't manage to update the loader for my newly purchased G6 Real...

The instructions/tuturials I have found on the net says that I have to boot in GBA mode (explanation why anyone?) and wait for the disclaimer/green screen to appear and the hold down some buttons. The two loader files are in the root dirctory (in my case G:/)

But, that disclaimer/green screen never appears. The GBA logo shows up and flash colorfully, but when
the animation has finished, nothing happens. The text GAME BOY in blue remains...

I have the latest software - g6 manager 2.42.

Hope someone can help this poor old man =(

You have the instructions for the wrong loader, my friend... make certain you check this exact page;

The instructions you have are for the G6 Lite - a slot 2 card.

Yep, download that, extract it and place the system folder in the root of your card.
