Problem with Windows Aero

Weird problem with Windows Vista, I have no clue whats going on. I have Vista Home Premium, and like all others, it comes with the Windows Aero theme. Computer has been fine for months, but this morning, my Aero theme was replaced with the Windows Classic scheme.
Normally, I'd be able to switch themes, but the Aero theme is missing from the 'Color scheme' list

. On top of that, I just noticed that the Flip 3D feature is also MIA and maybe some other Vista features, I don't know...

Anyone got a solution? I'll gladly try anything right now

So when the WGA Servers are down you lose options in vista?
I am so glad i stuck with XP that sucks. Where is my suse linux dvd!!

Wow, I think I got it working now. Doesn't seem like the WGA servers was the problem. Whoever was the last person on my computer messed around with the services (I noticed alot of them was disabled) so I got the default Vista settings and restarted the computer, everything seems fine now.

Thanks for trying to help people. Whoever messed with my computer is gonna get it... I've got some investigating to do... *leaves with loaded shotgun in arms*

The WGA servers have only been down once in my knowledge, once they are back up everything is fine

i have had xp since it came out and and i know everything about it from the registry to the sound settings. if i have i problem i can sort it quickly so i am not about to change just cause Microsoft brings out a new one. As for linux i am new to it but i have on a old pc and a dummy's guide and im getting used to it so i might switch but i will keep xp for games. when dx10 cards come down it price i will switch to vista.

With the newest drivers and patches, Vista is faster than XP on high end machines
