Hacking Problem with Real and GBA saves?

For some reason, I have been losing some GBA saves on my Real. Its been fairly random, since many of my games have been fine, but a couple times I've loaded up Drill Dozer, Wario Ware Inc., Wario Land 4, Yoshi's Island or Metroid Fusion and my save games are gone. Anyone else have a problem? Is there something I don't know about the Real that accidentally deletes/overwrites saves?

There could be several reason that the GBA isn't saving properly.

1) Try charging the Gba Expansion plug it in your nds leave it charging.
2) After you exit from a saved GBA game you have to turn your Nds back on and go back to the GBA menu to transfer the saved from the Sdram to the main save.
