Hacking Problem with R4isdhc.hk 2014 not recognised by my DS

HI.

My card : R4 2014 3ds upgrade SDHC Revolution for 2DS 3DS DSi XL/LL DSL RTS lite Real Time Save www.r4isdhc.hk

My R4i card was working fine and after trying a homebrew my DS no longer recognizes the card.
When I launched the "YSMenu" homebrew, I had a white screen and nothing ...

I had made a backup of my card (kernel / software) before on my PC.
The sd card is microSD 2GB.


What I tested:
sd card format in fat and in fat32
other software like https://www.linfoxdomain.com/nintendo/ds/
I format to fat32 cluster 4ko.


Does someone have the right software to install on it or had have this problem ?

You claim that after trying YSMenu (unsuccessfully), re-installing its previous software (all its files?) this no longer works.
This sounds unbelievable and, to my knowledge, no such thing has ever been reported.

On the contrary, it has always happened that everyone tried the various versions of YSMenu, until they found the right one, without the previous attempts damaging the flashcart.

The flashcart ONLY reads the files on microSD, but can NOT be modified and therefore damaged by them.
I wait for someone to deny me and tell me how it can happen.

Sorry for my poor use of the English language but I have nothing against you and I know that it is not the use of YSmenu that is causing the problem.

I try to be always super precise in my explanations so that everything is clear. I therefore explain the steps that took place before my card was "unrecognized".Because someone had the same case and a solution was found. Nothing more. But maybe my card is just dead.

I did not claiming that YSmenu is the problem, nor that it happened because of you. I just bring a list of the manipulations that I carried out.

Now if I hurt you, I'm sorry and maybe I should go before I have a whole crowd of people against me. I just wanted to quietly develop games on DS and share my work ...

The Nintendo DS don't see the R4 card at all. I tried the card on another DS with same result.
Does it mean, the R4 is Dead ? Without sdcard or kernel, the DS must see the card ?

I found and tried another card sdhc 4Go but with the same result.

And that's how bricks happen.

I tought we can't bricks Flashcarts ! Only DS if we try to change firware.

Running kernels on carts which aren't supported can have bad consequences, too.

Try all the kernels linked in here with the new card, but if it's still not working, and you can rule out any issues with the SD-card or with the contacts of the cart, it's most likely dead for real.

So, finally I tried every kernels with the new sdcard, with differents formats (fat / fat32 4ko / fat32 8ko) ... and it doesn't work.
I tried with a official game card, and the slot works.

I'll buy a new card and take care of my new precious.
