Hacking Problem with R4 Action Replay cheats

I'm having a problem with some of my codes for the R4....when I go to my Animal Crossing cheats,my Inventory modifier slots only have up to Dandelion Puffs when there should be ALL of the items,not just the first four...and I imported all the latest cheats in the correct way and everything.Why am I only getting a partial amount of the Animal Crossing cheats?

The Animal Crossing cheats don't work. I think it has to do with because the cheats come from the Action Replay's website which don't work except for on the real thing. Most of the other codes work for other games though.
You might as well use these codes from Rayder as he updates it constantly and takes out the ones that don't work:
