I have recently downloaded Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald/Fire Red/Leaf green, but it seems that none of them are working correctly. I couldn't find a thread here that has helped me out, so I am going to ask everyone here =3

I have the M3 DS real adapter as well as the GBA expansion pack. This is for the DS Lite mind you.

I have updated the firmware (proud user of Sakura c: ) but it doesn't seem to want to load ANY GBA games at all. It loads up past the 'Gameboy' screen and then decides to give me a blank white screen and sit there.

So, if anyone can help me that would be great! Thank you all.

If your using any of the gba expansion packs, YOU NEED TO RTC PATCH pokemon.

Excuse my naivety, but I have no idea what that means. Usually my boyfriend helps me with all my technical and electronic problems but, he isn't so savvy on this. I suppose I shall google it, unless you have a link to a decent patch?

pokemon games use a real time clock not found in most flash carts, this is where a patch that bypasses the function to work properly on a flash cart with out the RTC (real time clock)

There is a whole topic on this with the 3in1 here:
    http://ezflash.sosuke.com/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=5342

    The patch listed inside that:
    http://nds.cmamod.com/ez5/gbaldr/pokepatch_3in1.zip

If your gba expansion is not a 3in1, there are more universal patches available here:
    http://bubbz.pocketheaven.com/?system=gba&section=patch

There is also the download section here:

The M3 Gba Expansion pack features RTC, I play those games and it works (R4) flawlessly without any kind of patch, the clock works as it should always.

I dont know why did you have to patch the games but if that works for you...
