Hacking Problem With Monster Hunter Tri

So i have everything setup, i can get the new game thing.
i can play the arena just fine.
i can go online just fine, but once i get into quests, the camp works but i freeze at loading screen when i try to get out of the camp.
Also in single player mode, the village is fine for me, until i go into moga woods, it freezes at the loading screen.

Also the intro cinema lags for me, like it freezes for like .5 sec then start, that causes the sound to be out of sync with the video.

is this a problem with my burned DVD? it does seem to make those noises that sound like it stop then start again, rinse and repeat.
im using the Fuji DVD-R.

Also running on 3.2U
Rev19, base 37 ios.

help please

i just burned other discs to see if it worked.
one was the same and the other one actually worked.
