Is there any way to run some sort of homebrew to replace (keyword: REPLACE, NOT DELETE) the files cIOSCORP messed with, WITHOUT hacking the wii?
I ask this because I had cIOSCORP installed on my Wii, and it got updated to 4.2U. Since it's at 4.2, I can't use HBC, and since I can't use HBC there's no way that I know of to safely change these IOS files. Is there some program I don't know about, or can I just use anytitledeleter and then use a WAD manager to install fresh WADs?

Use bannerbomb to run the DARKCORP uninstaller

You must be using a very old version of cIOSCORP. The latest version might be able to run from bannerbomb, or perhaps the latest Dop_mii. Can't remember...

old way - use bannerbomb to run dop mii to install a clean IOS to 34 , then use it to install hackmii installer to get hbc back, from there run old corp uninstaller.

or easy way use darkcorp via bannerbomb to do exactly the same but quicker.

Yeah, I'm using the DARKCORP installer to uninstall cIOSCORP (I don't want to run backups, I want homebrew) so I'll hack my Wii from there.
Yeah, this is the version that had some tweaking to work with Guitar Hero 5.
