By the way, I started having problems recently with my mouse and keyboard (like mouse clicking that just don't do anything, click and drags than it starts the drag way too late, keyboard stroke lost in the void, etc), but today, I feel like it's just getting worse and worse.
Here's the keyboard and mosue I have right now

If both of these are running off of a single, third-party dongle, it's very possible that they're exceeding its capabilities. For example, you'll see this often when connecting multiple Bluetooth controllers to the same receiver. A good way to test this would be to see if these behaviors continue when one of them is turned off.

What do you mean by "exceeding it's capability"? There is nothing that changed since i bought the bluetooth dongle and the keyboard/mouse afaik. Unless you tell me that they are already so old that they got rusty inside or whatever...

Bluetooth interfaces don't have a limitless bandwidth. You can overwhelm something by connecting too many devices. Again, using controllers as an example, try connecting one along with Bluetooth headphones to a single interface. They'll usually fight each other, and either audio will randomly drop out, or the controller will disconnect and reconnect at random. Of course, both of these are much more demanding than a keyboard and mouse (I would hope), but it just kinda sounds like the dongle you're using doesn't have the juice to cut it.

You could always boot from a live disk, as suggested. Just use either Rufus or Ventoy to make a bootable USB stick. I'd test with Linux, as well, just to confirm whether or not it's something wrong with Windows.

Pretty much what I said, nothing has changed since I bought all these. There is my keyboard, my mouse and that's it. I will sometime connect a controller too, but it's turned off when I play with keyboard and mouse and they both will be turned off when I play with controller.
I'm gonna try what you guys said about booting from a windows live disk later and see if it happen again

Which is what's really odd about this. The alternative would be that something new may have came in that's causing interference. Or maybe there's not enough power to the bus? USB is also prone to bandwidth issues, and if you have a lot of stuff all connected on one side, it can cause power drops for the more demanding devices. I have this problem if I'm using my SD reader to write stuff to a card while simultaneously powering an external SSD and my headset. I had to move it to the back to give the front end some slack.

USB and/or power events will be in the system log in event viewer so it would be worth a check. I'm sure you know that yourself but it might be why.
