Homebrew Problem with 11.8 Seedminer Method "A9LH Detected! Brick Avoided"

I know quite a few people encounter the "A9LH Detected! Brick Avoided!!" when doing step 1 on Section IV, when trying to install custom firmware using the Seedminer method.

I went to the website to upgrade A9LH to B9S, and did everything it told me, and that did not work as I got stuck on Section II because SafeB9sInstaller won't boot up.

I have tried searching up plenty of fixes for this error and have found absolutely nothing. Can someone please link me to a tutorial or thread that fixes this error, or can someone help me?
