Hardware Problem updating Animal Crossing to Welcome Amiibo on 2nd O3DS

Hello,

The 2nd O3DS is with B9S, Luma3DS up to date, latest firmware.
We have a digital copy of ACNL on it; but we can't update it to Welcome Amiibo, it says data are on the SD card.
It's likely due to an old attempt of updating that failed around 90%, but today we want to connect our saves to play in multiplayer and so we need to update the 2nd.

Do you know how we can fix this ?
We searched in settings to clear all additionnal data, but there is nothing here.

The update data should be on FBI > Titles. Look for it there, select "delete title and ticket", and download it again.
