Im trying to install cios38 r17. I can choose which version to install with the d-pad but as soon as i press A to continue my wii remote disconnects and wont re-sync with the wii. Any ideas on how to fix this?
You have a stub IOS249. Go back and delete the stub IOS249, or even better, just follow the hacking guide in the stickies.
Also, try something like Pimp My Wii (Current version 1.42 or 1.43). It scans your Wii and finds all the IOSs you're missing/fixes the current ones you have. If that doesn't work I suggest to use DOP-Mii. You can delete and reinstall the IOS249 you need. Hope this helps! (Use Google to find links
