Hacking Problem finding Dsiware hax game for aus 3ds

I have an Australian 3ds, and when I try to scan one of the eur games on this list "https://3ds.guide/dsiware-list" the QR code will not scan. I've tried searching them in the e-shop as well but they will not come up.

Did you make sure to scroll down to the eur qr codes?

Yes. Edit: I found Soul of Darkness on the Australian e-shop, but the other games weren't on it thanks for the suggestion, though.
