Hello, today I was trying to update my arm9loaderhax, but SafeA9LHInstaller says: "The OTP hash or the NAND key sector are invalid". What does that mean? Did I do something wrong?

To do the downgrade I followed this italian-translated guide: https://www.reboot.ms/forum/threads...m9loaderhax-con-luma3ds-9-2-0-richiesto.1929/
Then I blocked the downdrade at the end of the part 4.3, an dsom etime later I continued through Plailect's guide (the old one), because I couldn't find the 2.1 downgrade files, so I injected 2.51 (or 2.1, I don't remember) in my 3ds, and appeared a permanent black screen. So i deleted my RedNAND folder (//Nintendo 3DS/022db148f887e372b2f6f89236528f89/RedNAND ID) and BAM! I was misteriously in 2.1 and then I continued to do the downgrade. All of this WITHOUT USING the OTP helper.

3ds specs:
System version: 11.0.0-33 E
Firmware version: 2.51-0
A9LH + Luma3ds V6.5

Thanks in advice and sorry for my bad english, I'm italian :D

so, you are trying to update your 3ds a9lh version, but you get "The OTP hash or the NAND key sector are invalid".

did I get that right?

do you have otp.bin in the /a9lh folder? is the file 256 bytes?

No, there was and the is NO otp.bin anywhere.
even if you used SafeA9LHInstaller from 2.1 directly, it still would have dumped otp.bin to your sd card in either /a9lh, or the sd root.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Use the newest version of SafeA9LHInstaller.

I had that happen while updating my o3DS XL as well.
Already tried, but the error continues to appear.
