Problem downloading aroma

I've been trying this for 4 days now but nothing seems to work I've been following the steps in the wii u hacks guide one to one but i keep getting errors like "failed to load payload.rdx", "failed to load file from memory" or " failed to resolve dependencies"
if anybody has any idea about whats going on I would be really happy

Used Nova Launcher for like 10 years but they got bought by an advertising company and then like all but one person who works on it got fired, so I don't use it anymore. I've heard really good things about Niagara Launcher but haven't personally tried it
