Atch...from the looks of it though, it is a patched rom rather than a patch file...You should probably change it to an xDelta patch or something...preferably before a Mod gets you.

The file size for PM4 is pretty... Bulky. This file size is a lot smaller, did you take anything out of it?

If you're asking for a rom, don't, cause it's not allowed here.
If you're asking for the patch, the OP said it was on the official site, which is in Russian.
