Hacking Priiloader

I just watched you video on how to install prii loader on the wii,I put the one folder into the apps that said prii loader and ..When I try to load it on homebrew the priiloader option appears but when I load it, it says "failed to retrieve nand permissions from nan 10S 36 isn't patched..any suggestions,thanks!

don't use a youtube tutorial, that's how people brick their wii's. Instead, use ModMii or another stickied guide to mod your wii.
