Homebrew Priiloader hacks.ini

I'm interested in using priiloader hacks (mostly for "skip disc update check") and I understand that it is necessary to have a hacks.ini file on the root of the SD card to use them. However, beyond this, I cannot find any other information in the readme.txt or online about where to get this file and how to use it. So, how can I get/make it? And, furthermore, do I use the file during install or just use some kind of configuration settings to disable/enable individual cheats?

what firmware are u on? I'm assumign u have a USA wii?

save the hacks.ini to the root of the sd card, then start priiloader, and go to the system menu hacks option and enable/disable w/e u want

Update: Yay! Priiloader is installed and the hack seems to be working (Wii Fit no longer tries to update with cMIOS installed)!
