Hacking Preloaderv0.30 Problems Please Help

Im trying to install Preloaderv0.30 on my wii and I keep getting this everytime I press + got root; unable to read ticket: aborting mission: I have tried to hold B and press + but still nothing anybody got any ideas. Please and Thank You

Last question and I will leave you alone. Would I need this program to play backup games through my USB or with a disk.

it does the same as preloader but has added feature's it'll block disk updates and many others

its not required to play backs ups, its a form of brick protection just incase u do something stupid
