on the Nintendo Wii I think it's impossible because it's 128bits it's still more capable the Wiiu runs more decently than the Wii I once remember an abandoned PSP project on the Wii where only 1 game ran at 1 fps if I'm not mistaken it was a bubble puzzle game

ohh i see. yea at 1 fps that is sounding pretty impossible.

Is there a group, or some people, who intend to improve ppsspp for the Wii U?

I'm thinking about it, I believe the emulator can be improved a lot, but then people are needed to change the code.

I wonder if porting the latest code over to the new Aroma cfw would help things here and there for psp emulation?

It’s worked wonders for Retroarch already.
