So last week the Vita Slim was released in the UK, and next week the Vita will officially be 2 years old in the West.

Do you plan to pick up a Vita Slim? Already have the original model? Perhaps you are waiting for the Vita TV?

Got one a couple of months ago when GAME had an excellent sale on. Vita + 10 games and 8gb memory card pack that included little big planet and wipeout. I Dont regret it at all. One thing i really underestimated about the Vita after owning the original psp is how good the online miltiplayer is. Most of the games avalible have some sort of online multiplayer and its fantastic. Little big planet and soul sacrifice in paticular are games that i dont need to play offline anymore. Something the 3DS really needs to step up on.

Long story short tho, i own a Vita and a 3DS and i think the Vita is the better console.

Other: I still want a Vita, but there's just not enough to entice me into a purchase right now. I'd like to get the OLED model before they all disappear from the shelves, but I don't think that's going to happen.

My brother bought a Vita half a year ago, but he plays mostly on his 3DS, so it´s ''kinda'' mine.
Though, I only own 2 games ( Persona 4 : The golden and Gravity Rush)

No hacks worth speaking of.
No games of astounding quality (not that there is such a thing anywhere, save perhaps some of the very rare occasions where a game might force a PC upgrade).
None that I found in a box and fixed. A surprisingly common way for me to get electronics it seems.
Second hand prices still north of "well I had nothing else to spend the money on". If the one above is a common reason for me to get something this would be the other.

As a result no vita here, there was not much on the PSP that set my world alight and this seems to be more of the same but slightly shinier. That said there are things I certainly did not regret playing and did well in the "something to occupy my hands" stakes.

I'll probably get it once there's a must have game that comes out (doubtful) or a Vita level homebrew comes out. The only games I want so far are Exstetra (not yet dumped in 3DS) and Persona 4 Golden.

Yes. PSV-1000 a.k.a. OLED superiority. I've used it more than my 3DS for multiple of reasons. The machine is fantastic for PSX classics, not to mention the games on the PSVita.

I'll possibly get a VitaTV, but I'll wait until it's available in Europe. Importing won't do much for me, since I rely heavily on PSN downloads for many games (including PS+).

Haven't hacked it, since I've got a PSP-1000 and PSPGo to give me all the fun and games of PSP hacking.

Yup, got an OLED model. It's a really cool handheld, I just wish it was more comfortable to hold.
