Homebrew powersaves 3ds app?

is there a powersaves 3ds app on homebrew? the reason is that my ssb data was accidentally deleted due to a sd card/system malfunction and had to replace the entire sd card and data to a new sd card and system.. i really do not want to unlock all the characters and get all the trophies again the long way.

youll have to buy a powersaves device. or if you're on 10.3 you can downgrade to 9.2 and use a save file extractor, and use smash save editor to max out everything and unlock everything (except dlc)

The DLC can be installed as a CIA though.
