it was stupid question anyway,i didn't installed enso on Vita slim,and i have enso on my PSTV,that's why it caused a trouble to me.If you would have let the problem description in the post and added the solution you even would have helped out this community. to fixed it, they probably went to safe mode and rebuild the data base.

i fixed it by installing henkaku last version and enso using the same vita card that was inside the PSTV (not the Vita card i am using for Vita slim)
however,i remembered that i didn't actually activated my PSTV,so now i am stuck and can't fully activate it.
